By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer returns on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Valid proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided

Nazrakh reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear, tampering, or damage after delivery

Additional non-returnable items, if any, may be clearly mentioned on the product page.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • a defective product,
  • or the wrong order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such claims, customers must provide:

  • a clear unboxing video,
  • product images,
  • and order details.

The unboxing video must begin before opening the package and clearly show the issue.

Nazrakh reserves the right to reject claims submitted without sufficient proof.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within the eligible return window.
  2. Share your order number and reason for return.
  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


5. Return Shipping Charges

If the Return is Due to:

Damaged / defective / incorrect product:

Nazrakh will bear the return shipping cost after verification and approval.


If the Return is Due to:

  • change of mind,
  • preference issues,
  • incorrect product selection by customer,
  • or other non-defective reasons,

return shipping charges may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.


6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Estimated refund timeline:
5–10 business days after approval.

Nazrakh reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned items fail quality inspection.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For eligible COD orders:

  • Refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved payment method.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • bank account details,
  • UPI ID,
  • or other necessary information for processing.

8. Exchange Policy

Nazrakh may offer exchanges only in approved situations, including:

  • defective products,
  • damaged items,
  • incorrect products received,
  • or eligible size/variant issues where applicable.

Exchange requests are subject to:

  • stock availability,
  • product inspection,
  • and internal approval.

Nazrakh reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet policy requirements.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

10. Product Care Disclaimer

Nazrakh jewellery is designed to be:

  • waterproof,
  • tarnish-resistant,
  • and hypoallergenic.

However, product longevity may vary based on:

  • frequency of use,
  • storage conditions,
  • exposure to perfumes, chemicals, or moisture,
  • and general handling.

Normal wear and tear over time shall not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days
