1. Return Eligibility
We offer returns on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided
Nazrakh reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted products
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, certain categories may also be marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective item,
- or the wrong product,

- clear unboxing video evidence,
- images of the product,
- and order details.
Without proper unboxing video evidence, Nazrakh may not be able to process claims related to damage, defects, or missing items.
4. Return Shipping
If the Return is Due to:
Manufacturing defect / damaged product / incorrect item:
Nazrakh will bear the return shipping cost after verification.
If the Return is Due to:
- change of mind,
- dislike of product,
- incorrect order placed by customer,
- or any non-defective reason,
return shipping charges may be applicable and deducted from the refund amount, where permitted.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
Estimated refund processing time:
5–10 business days after approval.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For eligible COD returns:
- Refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method after verification.
Customers may be required to provide bank account or UPI details for processing.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Currently, Nazrakh may offer exchanges only in specific cases such as:

Exchange approval is subject to product availability and internal verification.

Nazrakh products are designed to be:
- waterproof,
- tarnish-resistant,
- and hypoallergenic.
However, product longevity may vary based on:
- usage,
- storage,
- exposure to chemicals,
- perfumes,
- sweat,
- and environmental conditions.
Natural wear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Delays caused by:
- courier partners,
- weather conditions,
- public holidays,
- or unforeseen circumstances
may affect delivery timelines.
